Prior to joining Geolo Capital, Dan worked as a management consultant in the New York office of Katzenbach Partners where his projects included post-merger integration, sales force effectiveness and organizational design in a broad range of industries. His more recent experiences include investment banking in the Financial Sponsors Group at Morgan Stanley and corporate law at Davis Polk & Wardwell, where he focused on private equity acquisitions and leveraged finance. Dan graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in History and Political Science. He holds a J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Stanford Law Review and an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
