As a Partner and CFO, Michael is responsible for overseeing the financial management of Geolo Capital, as well as the John A. Pritzker Family Office and its Private Foundation. He has more than 30 years of investment, operating and financial experience. Prior to joining the firm, Michael was a Managing Director at Berkeley International Capital, where his roles included group Chief Financial Officer as well as leadership of the firm’s private equity operations. Before Berkeley, he was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where his activities included work with high net worth families and entrepreneurs. He has extensive operating and investment experience in media & entertainment, retailing, financial services and other consumer-facing businesses. He graduated summa cum laude from Washington State University and is a certified public accountant.
