BC is a leading provider of product sampling to many of the nation’s most important consumer product companies. The company pioneered the process of creating product-sampling campaigns and event marketing that targets consumers while they are on vacation. BC’s clients include: General Mills, Marriott Vacation Club, Carnival Cruise Lines and Unilever. The essence of building brands is to develop a relationship with the customer. BC creates that relationship at a pleasurable time.

 



ClubCorp is the world leader in delivering premier golf, private club, and resort experiences.  ClubCorp’s portfolio includes nearly 170 clubs and two renowned resorts, including more than 60 business and sports clubs throughout the United States.  Among ClubCorp’s nationally recognized resort and golf properties are:  Barton Creek Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas and the Homestead in Hot Springs, Virginia; Firestone Country Club in Akron, Ohio; and Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage, California.

Impressions China is the leading designer and operator of live entertainment outdoor theatrical shows in China.  Led by Zhang Yimou, China’s leading international film director, who also directed the highly-acclaimed opening and closing ceremonies at the Beijing Olympics in 2008, Impressions develops and manages live shows across China in spectacular outdoor settings that include Yangshuo, West Lake and Lijiang.

Led by Michael Shannon, former President and CEO of Vail Associates, KSL and its predecessor investment vehicle, KSL Recreation Corporation a joint venture with Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, have invested more than $800 million in equity capital since 1992, including investments in Barton Creek Resort & Spa, ClubCorp, Orion Expedition Cruises, Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Spa, The Homestead, Western Athletic Clubs, Grand Wailea Resort Hotel & Spa, La Costa Resort & Spa, and La Quinta Resort & Club.

 

Local TV is a major new platform of broadcast TV stations created by merging nine TV stations acquired from the New York Times Broadcast Media Group in January 2007 with eight TV stations acquired from News Corporation in July 2008.  The group incorporates owned and operated Fox network affiliate television stations with NBC, CBS and ABC affiliate stations.  Geolo joined Oak Hill Capital Partners, a leading middle-market focused private equity firm, in acquiring and managing the stations.

NAME is North America’s leading owner and operator of carnival and fair midways. The company manages over 115 events annually, serving 21 million attendees each year, including 10 of the top 50 fairs in North America, in 20 states and 4 Canadian provinces. Midway attractions operated by NAME include rides, games, food and retail.

 



Red Sail Sports is one of the world’s leading resort-based dive and water sports operators. Since 1987 the company has been setting the standard by providing the highest levels of guest service. With locations in the Caribbean and Pacific, Red Sail Sports provides quality diving, sailing, water sports and retail service to guests of these and other fine resorts: Hyatt, Westin, Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn and Renaissance Resorts.

 

Roost is the 2008 Inman News “Most Innovative Technology” award winning online real estate platform that provides comprehensive search features for consumers who want to access all of the residential property listings in various metropolitan areas.  Roost has pioneered new search technology, an intuitive and visually appealing interface, and the most accurate and comprehensive listings of properties to help people find a home to purchase.  Roost works collaboratively with Multiple Listing Services (MLSs) and local real estate brokers in a rapidly expanding group of metropolitan areas to provide accurate and up-to-date data on available homes.

Western Athletic Clubs is the leading owner and operator of luxury health, fitness and athletic sports club resorts on the West Coast, serving over 45,000 members. The Company operates two types of clubs: a fitness club model, which is urban and focused on exercise facilities, and a sports resort model, which is suburban and family oriented with swimming, tennis and dining along with exercise facilities. Both models also offer Pilates and yoga.
